Why wouldn't the DRF alert customers they will make less when they cash a ticket today? Come to think of it, why is it not law when takeout goes up you don't have to alert your customers on and off track? It's 2011 for cripes sakes.

Because like in harness racing, the industry forgets who the customers are. They insist on thinking the owners are the customers.
