your ratings are a joke. It COMPLETELY ignores the "quality". A garbage race meet like Tampa is rated higher than Saratoga, BRILLIANT!
Get real, players betting SERIOUS money would of course love lower takeouts but they are NOT betting their money at TAMPA OVER SAY saratoga. Not even close!
