All exacta probable payouts should be displayed in a grid layout a la twinspires.com or DRF.com for easy lookup. That's a complex algorithm in itself, and you could say it's "the bottom line" of track quality assessment.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1484410456100254393.post-34886034929065037972009-01-25T19:51:00.000-05:002009-01-25T19:51:00.000-05:00Another good point. Second, most of the slots deals were mandated by government, so the split of slot cash was regulated.

As you know if you are a member, we at HANA hope to someday see alternative gaming sunk back into lower take to help build handles and HANAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17545107814723134177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1484410456100254393.post-84404301771935119742009-01-25T11:18:00.000-05:002009-01-25T11:18:00.000-05:00Tracks that are receiving purse subsidies from alt...Tracks that are receiving purse subsidies from alternate gaming or allocations from a state's general funds should be penalized for also having higher than average takeouts.
